Our Practitioners

Our therapist are not simply Massage Therapists, they are fully qualified, accredited and insured “Health Care Professionals.” Each Practitioner is carefully selected and undertakes a rigorous evaluation to ensure that only the best Health Care Professionals of the Massage Industry work for Being Balanced.

All Practitioners have a senior first aid certificate, with ongoing professional development a requirement of their accreditation.

As a Practitioner with Being Balanced, the Code of Ethics is at all times adhered to. At all times Practitioners will:

1. Treat the client with the utmost respect and care
2. Maintain a high standard of professional competency
3. Develop professional knowledge and skills
4. Act with honesty, integrity and responsibility
5. Represent Being Balanced in an honest, accurate and truthful manner
6. Dress and conduct themselves in a professional manner so as to comply with acceptable codes of behavior
7. Ensure that they are medically, physically and psychologically fit to practice
8. Use only the skills for which they are trained and certified
9. Ensure client confidentiality and privacy
10. Ensure a high standard of personal and practice hygiene, including comfortable and sanitized equipment
